ANSMET 2014 - 2015

It's that time of year again when a team of intrepid scientists prepare to spend several weeks on the Antarctic ice sheets searching for meteorites, as part of the Antarctic Search for Meteorites (ANSMET) project. You can read the expedition blog here and read about the 2014 - 2015 team here. I hope they have a safe, and successful trip.

For anyone who hasn't been following been following this year's expedition, the team are now all in the field and have collected their first meteorites of the season. Updates here.
