3D X-ray Images of Sutter's Mill (SM73)
Posted: Fri Nov 02, 2012 7:04 pmAs readers of the Met List will know someone from Center for Molecular and Genomic Imaging at the University of California Davis has posted 3D X-ray images of the 8.1g Sutter's Mill meteorite (sample #73) on Youtube.
The sample was found by found by Noel and Aidan Robinson on the 24th June 2012.
The images were taken using a Xradia MicroXCT-200 3D X-ray imaging system.
