Image

An exceptional thin section of Chelyabinsk (LL5) this month, kindly provided by Martin Goff. Although a recent fall, Chelyabinsk can certainly be called historic. You can see more of Martin's images on Flickr and msg-meteorites.co.uk. Click here to view the image in the Gallery or here for our archive of all previous "Image of the Month" images.

More members image submissions are required (still!).

Very good, Martin. Is that a cropped image or full frame?

It's a full frame image Kieron, taken at 200x magnification :-)

Thanks Kieron :-) I have managed to spend quite a bit of time at the microscope recently and the end results have improved markedly from my initial efforts :-)
